A rebrand for a Dutch swim school, from a flat shield to a hero duo and a set of reward cards kids collect.

- Mascot
Zero2Hero teaches kids to swim. The old badge said the name and stopped there. The new one had to feel like something a seven-year-old wants to earn.
Before and after
The shield stays, because parents already recognized it. What changed is everything around it: a bolder gold frame, a stronger arch on the ribbon, the ZWEMSCHOOL banner in red so the service is legible at a glance, and a splash of water breaking out of the bottom edge.
New logo
Old logo The heroes
A swim school with "hero" in the name needed heroes. I drew a lion and a lioness in matching capes and goggle-red masks, each carrying the shield on their chest. Two characters instead of one means every kid in the class has someone to point at.
Reward cards
The part the kids actually care about. Each card is a water creature with its own name, its own painted underwater scene, and a line of Dutch on the back panel. They hand out as milestones, and they collect.
